Medical, Dental, and Vision
Vestmark offers exceptional medical, dental and vision programs including Blue Cross/Blue Shield standard PPO plan or a PPO with HSA option which includes a company contribution towards HSA savings. 90% of the medical premium is paid by Vestmark.

Generous PTO
Vestmark employees receive between 15 and 25 days per year of paid time off based on years of service in addition to receiving 10 days per year of paid sick leave.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Vestmark employees can contribute annually to health care and dependent care FSAs.
401(k) with Employer Matching
Vestmark matches employees’ pre-tax and Roth 401(k) contributions at a rate of 50% of the first 8% contributed, up to an annual maximum. Employer matching funds have a one year vesting schedule.
Company Equity
Vestmark also offers additional compensation in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Our RSUs are issued through a vesting and distribution schedule after achieving required milestones.
