Vestmark Names Dan Ferguson Chief Financial Officer

Dan will lead Finance and Corporate Strategy as Vestmark continues to expand its offerings.

We are pleased to announce that Vestmark has named Dan Ferguson as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Dan will assume responsibility for Finance and will continue to lead the company’s Corporate Strategy function. Already a member of Vestmark’s executive management team, Dan will continue to report to Mike Blundin, Chief Executive Officer.

Dan joined Vestmark in 2018 and has most recently served as the Executive Vice President in charge of Corporate Strategy and Marketing after joining the firm as the Vice President of Finance, reporting directly to the CFO. Before joining Vestmark, Dan served as a Director of Strategy, Operations and Investor Relations at Cisco. Prior to that, Dan held a variety of progressive roles in Internal Audit, Investor Relations and Global Revenue Operations at EMC

Dan has a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Boston College.
